British Caribbean Bank International Limited ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF NAME
Belize Bank International Limited (“the Company”) announces that in light of the intended re-branding of the international banking operations within the group, the Board has resolved to change the name of the Company to “British Caribbean Bank International Limited”. The Company will formally commence operating under its new name of “British Caribbean Bank International Limited” on the 3rd of August, 2009.
